With more than ten years of experience in accounting, audit and advisory, Valentin has developed a broad understanding of how businesses operate, extending well beyond the sole handling of accounting, tax and legal obligations. His background enables him to support business leaders on matters of structuring, organisation, performance management and decision-making, with particular attention to making figures clear, meaningful and genuinely useful in running the business.

Since 2022, he has also been building an outsourced CFO practice, further strengthened in 2023 through a specialised programme at HEC Paris in outsourced finance leadership. This evolution follows the same underlying logic: helping companies better understand their financial position, strengthen their finance function and benefit from more hands-on support on treasury, reporting, organisation and development matters.

At the crossroads of an entrepreneurial mindset and a practical understanding of how businesses operate on the ground, Valentin takes a close interest in the way each company truly works: its pace, methods, constraints, flows, vulnerabilities and drivers of improvement. This hands-on, highly practical perspective shapes the way he supports his clients, with a constant focus on providing clear, useful and relevant answers through a relationship built on attentiveness, responsiveness and trust.

As a French Chartered Accountant and ACCA member, he further strengthened his outsourced CFO practice in 2023 through a specialised programme at HEC Paris.
